We, located in Gumsan district of Waegqan Industrial Complex, Waegan-eup, Chilgok-gun, Gyeongbuk with the plottage of 2,240? and the floorage of 819.17?, established the plant on June, 2000, specialize in producing of fine noodles and the whole quantity produced are being exported to Japan. In addition, We began to place on domestic sale in accordance with local consumer's preference of high quality fine noodles. We entered into the educational-industrial collaboration agreement with the department of food and nutrition of Kyungsan University. Therefore, We are concentrating our efforts on developing the functional products as enterprise participating in consortium project of educational, industrial and laboratorial joint development. The patent for Nokcha Somyeon(Nokcha stands for green tea in english, Somyeon stands for fine in english) which is the first project has been applied for and in the near future, customers will be able to enjoy the Nokcha Somyeon of fresh quality made from wild green tea grown in the Hwagae district of Mt. Jirisan. We first acquired the international quality certification of HACCP for customer to eat safely in the business circles of dried noodles. We will continue to strive ourselves to develop high quality products. |
