>>>How to keep the products Nokcha Somyeon is keeping foods but as it is weak against humidity there is a possibility of getting moldy and the worm being formed even if it is within the term of validity. Therefore, please keep in mind to keep the products as follows. 1. Keep the products at the place where is well ventilated and dry. 2. During the rainy season, select the fair weather and open the case of products for a few hours. Otherwise, there is a chance of getting moldy and the worm being formed. 3. Do not keep the products in the vicinity of cosmetic and soap because this products well absorbs other perfumes. 4. Shelter the products from direct sunlight in order to avoid the natural color of green tea being faded.

1. Boil water of 2 liters or so at large pan. 2. When water boils, put the products into the pan and stir well. 3. Boil for one minute and thirty seconds to two minutes or so in the condition of strong heating power and add a glass or so of cold water, again boil for about 30 seconds or so. 4. Rinse the boiled products two to three times in the cold water. 5. After removing moisture and winding into a ball, enjoy with it into meat juice prepared and with making it into Bibim Myeon, On Myeon,, Soba and the like in accordance with preference.
